By downloading, installing, or using PickIt you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The Service

PickIt helps you compare and choose products from third-party retailers. Listings, prices, ratings, reviews, and AI-generated summaries are provided for informational purposes and may not be accurate, current, or complete. Always verify details with the retailer before purchasing.

AI-Generated Content

"What reviewers say" summaries and the "PickIt Score" are generated automatically and represent an estimate, not professional advice. PickIt is not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on this content.

Subscriptions

- PickIt offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("PickIt Premium"). Pricing is shown in-app prior to purchase.

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Third-Party Content

Product information is provided by third parties (such as Amazon and Google). We do not control and are not responsible for that content, retailer policies, shipping, returns, or customer service.

Disclaimers

PickIt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickIt and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
